When You Arrive
Parking is available in the North Lot and the College Avenue Parking Garage and there will be a complimentary campus shuttle service.
After parking, please walk or board a shuttle to ECAV.
Should severe weather conditions arise, RPI will notify participants and guests via RPI Alert, email, and onsite announcements. Campus safety officials will be on site to direct and assist guests.
Parking for Guests with Mobility Needs
Designated accessible parking is available in the College Avenue Parking Garage and the lot behind Academy Hall, both accessible via College Avenue. No special permit is required.

- Buses will enter on College Ave and drive around the JEC circle/ campus road to stage at the Parking Garage.
- Buses will take a left onto College Ave
- Academy Hall lot shuttle stop
- At traffic light take a left on 15th Street
- Shuttle Stop 15th Street and Armory (before pedestrian bridge)
- At traffic light take right on Sage Ave
- Shuttle stop on 15th and Sage (Student Union)
- Continue on Sage Ave
- Shuttle Stop Sage and Burdett
- Take Right on Burdett
- Take Left on Tibbets Ave
- Take Left on Sunset Terrace
- Take Left on Cook Drive
- Drop passengers at ECAV walkway People’s Ave and Peck Dr.
- Head down People’s crossing Burdett
- Take a left on 15th
- Shuttle Stop just pass the Pedestrian bridge
- Take a Right on College Street
- Shuttle Stop at Academy Hall
- Return to JEC circle/campus road start and repeat.
- Buses will be staged on People’s Ave between 11th St and 13th St (North Lot)
- Take Right on 15th Street
- At light take left on Sage Ave

- Continue on Sage Avenue
- Shuttle stop Sage and Burdett
- Take right on Burdett
- Take left onto Tibbet’s Ave
- Take Left on Sunset
- Take Left on Cook Drive
- Drop passengers at ECAV walkway People’s DR and Peck Dr.
- Head down People’s crossing Burdett
- Take a left on 15th
- Take Right on Sage Ave
- Shuttle stop at Cross walk across from 87 Gym
- Take Right on 9th Street
- Take Right on Peoples and repeat
- Stage on Sunset Terrace
- Pick up passengers at ECAV walkway Peoples DR and Peck DR
- Proceed down People’s and cross Burdett
- Turn Left on 15th Street
- Turn Right on Sage Ave
- Shuttle stop at Cross walk ’87 Gym
- Take right on 9th Street
- Take Right on People’s Ave
