Commencement will take place rain or shine! Ponchos and bottled water will be provided for all participants and guests.
In the instance of severe inclement weather involving thunder, lightning, other severe weather conditions, or environmental conditions that prevent us using the field, students will move indoors to the East Campus Athletic Village arena. Guests will be guided to indoor viewing locations on campus.
Should severe weather conditions arise, Rensselaer will notify participants and guests via RPI Alert, email, and onsite announcements. Campus safety officials will be on site to direct and assist guests.
Due to the severity of an indoor plan, guest tickets may be limited from the initial allocation of four.
